Terms & Conditions
Conditions of booking: all bookings taken from individuals are deemed as authorised by the business.
By accepting a booking, you confirm that this is the case.
Payment Terms: - All
payments are due 2 weeks before the event in question, but we reserve the right to bill in arrears.
- All payments must
be received within 30 days of invoice. we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month on all overdue amounts.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation < 15 days before the event: 50% of total fee will
be chargeable
- Cancellation < 8 days before the event: 75% of total fee will be chargeable
- Materials purchased
for a cancelled event will be charged unless they can be reused by Crooked Stick Ltd elsewhere
- Cancellation fees can
be reduced in the event of a postponement rather than a cancellation, depending on the circumstances
