All this is covered by our ‘no nonsense guarantee': if you're not delighted, tell us and we'll address it. If you're still not delighted, we'll send you your money back.

Cancellations:

We will endeavour to rebook any cancelled days with other clients, however, in the event that this is not possible, all cancellations within 2 weeks of an event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.


Please note: we always endeavour to give the best service for the price we charge, so we do not charge for ‘ad hoc' phone calls and email. However we do charge for time spent doing work over and above ‘ad hoc' communication.
